Design Consultation:
All our services start with this initial meeting on site, to determine the project requirements and scope of work. With our expertise, we will propose ideas and suggestions to solve any issues or dilemmas you may encounter. Right away our client’s projects are making progress!
From that stage clients can move forward with 2 options:
Complete ‘Design + Construction Drawing package’:
Clients that would like to proceed with the work on their own, can benefit from our Complete Design + Construction drawing package. A set of drawings with all the information required to transform your space with beautiful results that you can call your own.
Or
our ‘Peace of Mind package’:
This package is essentially a turnkey service that includes design and project management of all work designed by Studio 853.
For this service, there is a step by step process that guides us thru the design and construction phases, all the way to the final details of decoration.
It is our client’s preferred way to proceed since this method provides them with just that: ‘peace of mind’, while there is an order of doing things, our clients always know where we are in the process.
For both of these options, the cost is based on a ‘project to project’ basis as the scope of work will vary. We will be happy to provide you with a proposal that will respect your budget after we have met for that first initial meeting.
