Adrien St Pavilion and Pool

As do most of us, our client’s lives are busy and wanted to enjoy every minute of tranquility, family time they could get and even squeeze in a few gatherings with friends right at home! This new pavilion will do just that.

The pool house has all the necessities at arms length: a comfortable lounge area with tv and wet bar, bathroom, and outdoor shower, as well as walk-out garage at the basement level for all maintenance equipment. An outdoor space like this would not feel complete without its outdoor kitchen and open sky fire pit next to the beautiful in ground pool. Our clients can enjoy the pool and warm up on the sundeck area with the sounds of the waterfall or their favorite play list on the outdoor sounds system. Having this get away right at their doorstep, now our clients can enjoy their free time without any “drive time” to get to their destination.
