Russell Addition and Renovation

The Russell Addition and Renovation project was no joke. This family had outgrown their home and had a whole new wish list to make this renovation more accurate to their needs. A 1200 sq.f house (on main floor) was developed into a new 2350sq.f main floor and resulting in additional basement square footage. It was needless to say, that this home had to undergo a massive overhaul to deliver such results that would check off all the boxes.

The wish list included: A new larger main entrance and mud room closet, 2 person home office, new powder room, a large kitchen / dinning / living area to accommodate 10-12 guests at one time, new mate bedroom, ensuite with steam shower, walk-in-closet, guest bedroom for the main floor. At the basement level: A new living room area, a computer work space, new guest bathroom, storage room and a state of the art movie theatre. Being movie buffs and avid F1 racing fans, this theatre room had to be on point with technology and sound management / proofing.

The house exterior has a brand new look now, with all new stone with post and beam detailing. The updated exterior is now indicative of the new style that their guests can discover in the interior of their newly renovated home.
